My family will usually try to get a "mishap" cleared up before I can get involved. As a business person the worst thing that can happen is a customer be unhappy and NOT let you know about it, so I figure I am doing them a favor.<br /><br />Taco bell and I went a round because they were skimping on contents(Lindale,TX) I took photos and sent to home office and several other offices. I did get a response but I quit going there because they didnt fix the problem..
