ReplyDeleteIt's the type of series that if it were coming on today, I might not bother to watch -- it was sappy and syrupy and all of those things I don't normally care for -- but, back then, it seemed an important thing to do on Sunday nights. Maybe that's why this has made me so sad...

ReplyDeleteThank you -- I'm better now -- but it's been one of those things I've had a hard time getting off of my mind. And then Royal Marshall (radio host Neal Boortz'z sidekick) died at 43. And, at one of our favorite hamburger places, we found out the general manager had died (at 48). It's like, okay, enough, already...
