As an aspiring writer, I blog about whatever happens to move me at the moment -- though some posts contain serious content, my big-picture goal is to bring a little humor into an often humorless world! Welcome, y'all, and make yourself at home! Please make sure you update your bookmarks!

The smallest things

Not that anyone's new blog is a small thing but sometimes that's all it takes to make me happy. Like the new blog by author BrianWainwright, "The Yorkist Age". As many people know, I love Richard III and the whole medieval era but sometimes I get confused about who did what when -- so anytime something like this comes along that presents ideas in a straightforward way (and doesn't make me feel like I'm sitting in a class), I'm all for it! I'm also quite fond of author Susan Higginbotham's blog, "Reading, Raving, and Ranting by a Historical Fiction Writer" for the same reasons. Both of these author's websites can be found in the list to the right under "authors I admire" and a direct link to their blogs can be found under "Richard III/Medieval History"
